At Haiti Christian Mission, we understand the countless requests you get for donations by a number of organizations. We do not want to be a burden, but rather an opportunity: An opportunity to join God’s work as you are led by the Holy Spirit. If you do not feel led to support HCM financially, we ask for your prayers. If, however, you are not currently supporting a Haitian mission or would just like to help out, we would greatly appreciate any assistance. Haiti, the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere, is suffering from extreme poverty. Due to this condition, the needs of Choubert and his family, the church in Galette, and the Russel Christian School are numerous. Obviously, financial support is one way to be involved in the mission – however, we also strongly desire men and women who not only want to share the Gospel but also their lives as well (I Thessalonians 2:8). We strongly encourage short-term mission trips to see first hand the ministry in Haiti and to encourage the Remy family and believers there. Depending on your talents, there are many opportunities for construction/plumbing/electrical work, discipleship training, VBS for students there, light construction/painting, medical/dental work, and many other avenues.
